Please read carefully to thoroughly enjoy MICRO  MIXER.

ADJUSTING MICRO MIXER TO FIT YOUR MICROWAVE

Insert the MICRO MIXER spatula shaft into the suction cup shaft and stop at the correct length.  To attain the correct length:  (1) Attach the MICRO MIXER suction cup to the clean, flat ceiling of the microwave oven. (2) Adjust the spatula shaft up or down, until the bottom of the blade almost touches the bottom of the bowl you are using.  If needed, to fit your particular microwave, the length of the MICRO MIXER can be shortened by trimming both the spatula and suction cup shafts.

THE IDEAL BOWL IS ANY MEASURING-MIXING-COOKING BOWL OR A MICROWAVE-PROOF CONTAINER THAT IS ROUND AND HEAVY WITH A FLAT BASE.

INSTALLING MICRO MIXER IN YOUR MICROWAVE

Make sure the inside ceiling of your microwave is clean and flat.  Place MICRO MIXER in the bowl that contains the food you are preparing.  Place the bowl, with its contents and MICRO MIXER, into the microwave.  Press MICRO MIXER suction cup FIRMLY to the microwave ceiling.  Adjust the spatula shaft until the blade almost touches the bottom of the bowl.  Close the microwave door, select the time and temperature, and start your microwave.  With practice, you will discover the best spatula to use in a variety of food preparation.

When cooking with MICRO MIXER you may find you only need to run your microwave on a power level of about “5” (50%).

REMOVING MICRO MIXER FROM YOUR MICROWAVE

When your microwave stops, simply use a fingernail to un-stick the suction cup.  Remove your bowl with the contents and MICRO MIXER at the same time.  Be careful.  Bowl and contents are hot.

WARNING – With a CONVECTION-microwave oven, DO NOT USE THE CONVECTION HEATING FEATURE.  MICRO MIXER WILL NOT SUSTAIN EXTREME CONVECTION OVEN HEAT.
